Hydrating Eye Cream

It was the rave about including eye creams in routines that made me purchase this product sadly it was such a bizarre. It calms to hydrate the skin but instead irritated my skin terribly. I had this burning sensation that made me instantly wash it off immediately.

Everything is bad about this project. The formulation should be reviewed
