AprilSkin Carrot Acne Foam Cleanser. I'm a big fan of AprilSkin products & the Carrot line is no exception. This carrot foam cleanser is a deep cleaning that is certified to have acne relieving properties. It's safe for sensitive skin that's prone to acne, helps relieve existing acne breakouts, it naturally helps curb sebum production, that helps cause acne, & wont cause your skin to become dry peeling skin. 🥕 Salicylic acid is an ingredient that helps to remove dirt and oils caused by excess sebum. It provides fresh cleansing by removing excess sebum and dead skin cells. 🥕 Let's look at some of the carrot ingredients that are used & what they do. Carrots contain more vitamin A than any other fruit/vegetable & this helps sooth the skin, healing irritations, & helps plump up the the skin barrier. These carrots are grown on the famous Jeju Islands. They contain 10,000 PPM of carrot extract & are harvested on these wonderful islands, which are known for their pristine oceans & cean air. 🥕 One of the main ingredients is carrot seed oil. Carrot oil contains beta carotene & vitamin A, which is a fantastic combination for soothing irritated skin. Vitamin A ~ Vitamin A helps to sooth skin that is very sensitive, providing added moisture & helps rebuild the skin barrier. 🥕 Carotene ~ Is responsible for giving carrots their beautiful color. This Ingredient helps protect skin from harmful pollutants found in external environments. 🥕 My thoughts: I love all the products I've tried from AprilSkin. This Carrot line is no different. The cleanser gives you a very nice foam & doesn't leave your skin feeling tight & dry. Its gentle, bt cleans deeply. I still get breakouts on occasion, so I'm excited to have another gentle cleanser I can count on. My skin has been feeling very fresh & because this is such a mild cleanser, I'm not worried itll dry me out, if I use it twice a day. It doesn't have much fragrance, that I noticed. This generous size will last me a long while, since a little goes a long way. I'd feel very comfortable recommending this to others!
