It's not often I come across a product that I would actively avoid in the future but unfortunately this is one.
I've tried to like this product as I love Neutrogena skincare but this does not agree with my skin AT ALL.
Within 12 hours of using it once, I start to get dry sore patches of skin around my eyes, nose and mouth. And within 24 hours my eyes are also swollen and puffy. 72 hours later and I look like the elephant man, my eyes are hugely swollen and my lower face is covered in an extremely itchy red blister rash. I've tried to just use it when I have a breakout but even using it once my skin reacts badly every time.
The acids in this 'daily' face wash are FAR too strong. I have a normal skin type. This could POSSIBLY be suited to oily acne prone skin as it seems to strip all the oil and moisture out of mine.
Every single review on the Neutrogena website for this product are people who have had the same severe reaction, EVERY SINGLE ONE, yet it's still being sold.
