THE SAEM - glowandsunshine review for Saemmul Eye Primer

After seeing the price of this eyeshadow primer and reading reviews, I decided to purchase for a few Euros. An eyeshadow primer is good for preventing creasing and making eyeshadows stay put in place. They're also good for making colorful shades more vibrant which this one does very well! The texture is very balm-like and I don't need much product. I tap it in with a finger and wait for it to dry which doesn't take much time at all before applying my eyeshadow The main reason I got it was because I love glitter eyeshadows in all kinds of textures and they tend to crease on my eyelids. Unfortunately this didn't really help but at least my colorful shades look great
