I wanted to share my experience with you about this lip care product, which I received as a freebie when purchasing Inga's Water Glow Lip Tint. This lip serum claims to deeply nourish chapped lips, exfoliate for a smooth finish, and prevent flakiness when applying matte lip products. It's described as a non-sticky, transparent lip serum that provides essential moisture and nourishment. Here's my take on its pros and cons:
👍Pros:
✨️Hydrated and glowy lips: I had a great time using this product as it made my lips feel hydrated and look glowy, without any flakiness.
✨️Lightweight: The serum is very lightweight on the lips, almost like a thinner version of a lip gloss.
✨️ No scent: I appreciated that it had no noticeable smell, making it pleasant to use.
Ingridients:
Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, polyisobutene, octyldodecanol, jojoba s eed oil, 1.2-hexanediol, pomegranate flower extract, galactomyces f ermentation filtrate, rice fermentation filtrate, papaya fruit extract, A pple Extract, Plum Extract, Grape Extract, Purified Water, Caprylic/Ca pric Glycerase, etc.
👎 Cons:
🌧 Short wear time: The serum tends to wear off easily if it touches anything like a pillow, hand, or during meals.
🌧Slight grittiness: After letting it sit on my lips, it sometimes feels slightly gritty, which might not be ideal for everyone, though it didn't bother me personally.
Overall, the Papa Recipe Blemish Lip Serum worked well for keeping my lips moisturized and smooth, making them perfect for matte lip products. However, its short wear time and occasional grittiness could be potential drawbacks for some users.
