1025 Dokdo Toner

This toner mildly cleans up dead skin cells and sebum while moisturizing and soothing skin with Panthenol and nature-derived minerals in deep sea water. It has a watery texture that sinks right in my skin and makes my skin feel soft and smooth. It also calmed my skin when it was heated or irritated.

Nothing bad to say about this toner.
