✨ Dear.A Glitter Eyeshadow 00 heaven I’m usually not a fan of glitter eyeshadow; however this one is pretty good. There is definitely no fall outs. I used my finger to pat it down and it works wonder. Highly pigmented if you’re a glitter lover!
