It has a clear jelly like texture when applied on dry skin (as they suggest!) that turns into a nice milky lather when water is added.
Suitable for use in the AM & PM.
I love how my skin felt after using it. It did a very good job at removing all my makeup.
I use it as the first step of my double Cleansing routine and I like it a lot!
