It does feel moisturizing on my skin. Texture is lightweight and not too creamy. Spreads like gel on skin.

I broke out so much after using this. It also stings my skin. Contains: • Benzyl Alcohol (might cause irritation, dry skin and potential allergen) • Cyclomethicone (might be comedogenic) • Silicones
