I think you need to tap off excess product or use setting spray after usage because I experienced that it tends to disperse/fall out easily, especially because it is very pigmented, it will be easily seen sprinkle around my eyes. 

The color is really bright and brilliant! The real definition of high lighter. With a small amount of product, you can enjoy the radiance and light in your face. I personally love use it in the inner corner of the eye, help to give a dimension to face. 
I think it is suitable for a glittery-themed make up, because it is really pigmented and I think it has bigger size of particles that really standout.
