I received this Effaclar Duo +M as a member of the La Roche posay community for my honest review. I have oily, combination skin and am prone to break outs that leave dark marks and hyperpigmentation that is so hard to get rid of. The dark marks stay on my face foe months so I was excited to try this Effaclar Duo +M as it is formulated for blemish prone skin, backed by dermatologists and claims to reduce blemishes within days. I used this cream twice a day, morning and night over the past 2 weeks. It isn't a thick cream so I found it east to absorb with no sticky or greasy after effects. I must sat that I did have some post breakout marks when I was testing this cream and I have noticed how my marks are fading. They have not completely gone, but they are definitely fading. Normally to get to this stage takes at least 2 months for me so I'm really pleased with how effective this is.
As mentioned previously, this cream is backed by dermatologists, doesn't have artificial fragrances and helps to smooth skin. I've not had any break outs since using this cream which also helps to unclog pores. Other plus points are it's paraben and alcohol free. The Effaclar Duo +M is a big game saver for me.
