The texture is viscous and hydrating, feels more like an emulsion than a toner. Makes the skin feel nourished and comfortably moisturised. It's a little on the richer side. Has a pleasant floral scent. The packaging is gorgeous as well, comes in a beautiful glass bottle with a pump dispenser.
