I would love to say that this Light Complete Milky Lightening Dew Toner emits a refreshing scent. It has a thick serum-like formulation as it’s thicker and milder white liquid. After using it, it really moisturizes my skin perfectly and makes it nutritious. After a few uses, it doesn’t cause damage to my facial skin at all. Apart from that, this toner has given a whitening effect after several uses. Overall, this toner is totally fine.
