I received the SAEM Iceland Hydrating Eye Stick for free from @go.picky @pickyrewards @thesaem_global in exchange for my honest review.
The packaging is very cute - a white polar bear cap in a plastic tube that resembles a glue stick. This also has a protective cap and you just twist before applying to eye area. It does have added fragrance though and has a soft fresh scent.
This eye stick features 5% Icelandic Mineral Water and Niacinamide to hydrate and brighten the eye area. Iceland Moss, Seaweed extracts & Xylitol provides cooling moisture to relieve puffiness, reduce dark circles and tighten eye wrinkles.

I found it very cooling when applied, as it glides on easily, with no stinging. It felt hydrating at first but that doesn’t last, as I think the alcohol ingredient dries you out. I have to use an eye cream afterwards to keep the eye area moisturized. It does a good job relieving puffiness & feels very cooling, but that’s it.
I do like how it small enough to carry with you, but there isn’t much product and I personally find them a little gimmicky. The 3rd photo shows the total amount of product.
