This Toner is amazingly Moisturizing. It doesn't take anything away from your skin. Now, I don't deny that Lacto is a weak avid and it would exfoliate a tiny bit. However, compared to some of the other toners in my arsenal, this one is definitely on the moisture giving side.
I use a cotton square, soak it, the wipe across my face. I usually find that this Toner finds and allows me to find and remove more dirt in a way that is not damaging to my skin itself, than I would without it. I feel like my face is both cleaner and yet I don't feel like I gave up my moisture barrier or that I sacrificed the moisture or oil level of my skin to achieve that cleanliness and that makes this #4 on my Toolkit of Skincare
