Rice Water Bright Foaming Cleanser

I have been using this cleanser for a month and I can see a noticeable difference in my skin tone. It is brighter and more even, and it feels smooth and soft. The cleanser has a creamy texture and a pleasant smell, and it foams well to remove all the dirt and oil from my face.
