Since as it has got applicator it’s easy and safe to use by not touching the line of the eye.But I’am some one who is comfortable using my fingertips.i love it just like that.
My opinion: I found it very handy and carry friendly product whenever you just want little hydration under the eye you can top it over otherwise .And as the product claims I didn’t find it doing major changes over a period of observation time .Also I expected difference in my under eye because I’am jet lagging .But it has got hydration and moisturizing property. Not stingy
