This one says &quot;whitening,&quot; but that didn&#39;t work on my skin. Maybe because I use it as a 1st cleanser and the whitening ingredient needs to be left on to work? I don&#39;t know. I don&#39;t mind that it didn&#39;t &quot;whitening&quot; my skin anyway, but surely not to those who would buy this for that effect.
