Feels water-like & leaves a skin-like hydrated finish as it has Triple HA & Glyceryl Glucoside! Its texture just makes it great for layering too w/o feeling heavy/tacky on the skin! Also, this has Cica extracts to help w/ calming down one’s skin after a long day.

A very lightweight clean toner. You need to apply multiple layers to get the needed hydration but overall I like the way it feels on my skin.
