I like this toner. It’s quite unique. According to the ingredient list, there are several kinds of plant oils in it, yet it’s not greasy at all. 👍 And you don’t need a cotton pad to apply it. Just use hands to pat on the face. It’s also scent free. My face feels soft and replenished.
