𝑽𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑪-𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒓~ This toner has a medium viscosity and a very faint citrusy scent. It is formulated with hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and encapsulated vitamin C. Not only is it effective at brightening and evening tone, but it also adds an amazing hydration punch! For reference, my skin is dry and sensitive. I experienced no irritation or tingling sensation, as I do with many vitamin C products. I love how quickly it absorbs...it layers beautifully under SPF and makeup.
