ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen - Black

I love this new Revlon colorstay brow pencil. I chose the ash blonde shade. The gel makes it really easy to apply. It goes on nice and smooth leaving a natural finish. I believe it makes a nice eyeliner too.

I have no complaints
