I don&#39;t like putting on too many layers with this toner, since it will be too sticky and slippery.

A very nice toner&#47; lotion that hydrated &amp; plumped my skin quite well. 
At first it has a little bit of a sticky finish but that goes a way rather quickly.
I personally don&#39;t mind the slight smell of sake, but I&#39;ve seen some people on the internet who really disliked it.
