I’ve had a lot of great experiences with L’oreal hair care products and was so exciting when I knew about this detox hair oil. This oil is specifically targeting toward hair with excess metal. Which metal you might ask? Living in the far south of US, hard water is a never ending problem and as water flow through pipe, the harsh metal particles from the eroded pipes travel through your hair and penetrate deep into each hair strands. Which could reduce the overall hair health and causing breakage, hair loss, and color fading.

This lightweight detox oil is formulated to not only protect your hair from those harmful elements, but also add shine, reduce fizz, maintain the color vibrancy, and act as a heat protector. This oil is suitable for all hair types, including oily scalp/hairs like mine. I was a bit skeptical at first because my hair usually hate oil, but this oil is not exactly like the other ordinary oil. The texture is more like a thick serum with no oily residue after applying onto my hair. The smell is pleasant citrus mix with a note of musky wood, neutral and not irritating my nose at all. It’s so easy to use and I’ve been using it every other days for the past week. I could feel that my hairs are much cleaner, healthier, blessed with an amazing sheen to it. Definitely a must for my hair routine from now on.
