On days when I mask but my skin does not feel like it needs any exfoliation, I like to use a more hydrating mask to help keep my skin barrier in good condition. I confess that the adorable packaging drew me to this product, but I was also interested in honey as an ingredient, since I know it is both hydrating and antibacterial, making it a great ingredient for oily and acne-prone skin like mine.
This mask has a viscous texture rather similar to honey. The shimmery gold color is beautiful. It comes in a screw-top jar, so I just a silicone brush to apply it. There is only product in the bottom half of the pig; the top is just the lid.
I love that this stuff smells like honey! My skin definitely feels softer after using. And the packaging is so cute!
