15% Niacinamide Purity Serum is the latest addition in my #skincareroutine . It is also infused with Zinc PCA and MELACUT complex for sebum control and soothing care~ . With the runny and watery consistency, it feels so lightweight. Upon application, I notice that it has greasy/smooth feel which perhaps take a minute to fully permeate. And once fully permeated, the finishing is so natural, not tacky or anything.
