It feels great to rub on your eyes and lips. Very luxurious.

I have been using it for a about 3 months now and I'm not sure it's doing anything to my lips. I can't use it in my eyes as it makes them really itchy and makes me look like I haven't slept for about 3 nights. My eyes went really puffy after ever use.
