Gives (from clear to) pink sheer on lips. A subtle strawberry scent that smells nice.

Poor packaging. Second photo showed wherein could not retract it back, but was able to by pushing the balm at the same time turning it. Initially bought this since I like the menthol icy feeling on lips but this has none of it. Not hydrating too.
