. I like that it does not have any flavor to it so therefore it does not leave any nasty aftertaste. It’s easy to add to your daily diet. I put a scoop in my cup of warm tea. I wish that it dissolved better and was able to be added to a cold bottle of water, but it doesn't dissolve at all when the beverage is cold. I am going to mix it into my oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow morning. Since using this product, I have noticed great improvement in my hair and skin. My hair has less shedding in my skin and looks healthier with hardly any breakouts compared to before I started using this product. This brand has great customer service!
