⭐️Gorgeous pearly glitters!! Three pearly shades may look similar on the pan, but on the eyes they all have very different shines! Usually palettes use the same glitter colors in all of their glitters, with varying base colors and textures.
⭐️Natural or Dramatic. I love that this palette can give a variety of looks, depending not only on color and depth, but on glitter as well! This is one of the only palettes I’ve seen that can pull off natural and dramatic glittery looks!
⭐️Smooth!! I’ve used eyeshadows that are patchy, and hard to apply. This is none of that! With a swipe of your brush and a glide to your eye, a smooth pigmented shade appears!
❤️🩹VERY easily breaks. Some of the glitters, especially the looser shades like berry jujube and berry s’more, can break apart either by dropping the palette , or with use. My shade berry jujube broke by almost dropping the palette , and it landing a few inches down (on one end) onto my countertop. That alone was enough to send the glitter everywhere. Because of this, make sure to keep the plastic piece that comes inside the palette. It’s very helpful for reconstruction
❤️🩹Similar shades. For a 9 color palette, more distinct shades are expected. Sadly, a few of the shades look very similar on the eyes, specifically the mid-tone matte colors.
❤️🩹Shadow packed into the “ice cream” shape makes them harder to use. I’ve never had a palette with such a unique shape to the shadows. While pretty, it leads to the issue mentioned above - easy breakage. Since it is in this shape, it is packed more loosely. This also makes uses the shadows awkward, with a brush or finger.
