HaruHaru WONDER - milkysweetroll review for Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner

The HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner does ‘wonders’ (hah) for hydrating dry skin. Like most people, my skin goes dry, crusty, and flaky during the winter months and my savior is this toner! It’s my first experience using a toner and I’m very pleased. The consistency is thicker than what many believe to be the common consistency for toners—it’s almost like an essence—therefore it sits on the skin a tad bit longer to do it’s wonders. It has a slight fragrance but it’s not overwhelming. After application, my tight skin feels relieved and more flexible due to the added hydration. I would definitely repurchase!!
