This is a 3-in-1 multi purpose toner which is used for cleansing, moisturizing and as a water mask too. Its runny, watery texture feels refreshing on skin, a few layers of this gives the right amount of hydration for my combi skin. I love the fresh rosey scent, it smells quite mild to my nose, not overwhelming at all. A great toner if you're into rose-based skincare š¹
