On wet hair, I apply 2 dime-sized dollops of this product through my hair, make it lather and massage my scalp gently before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

The only positive thing I can say about this product is that is it fragrance-free.
What I didn't like about this product:
This product was a big disappointment. First off, the claim that it provides a "luxurious" lather is completely false. This shampoo does not lather at all. I had to use significantly more product than I would my regular shampoo to get a little bit of lather, which was extremely far from luxurious. As a result, my hair and scalp didn't feel clean at all. In addition, this product made my hair feel drier than with my usual shampoo, and it also looked frizzier, was more difficult to untangle, and was more prone to breakage than with my regular shampoo. Overall, a really bad product with false claims which damages hair. Stay away!
