It does have quite a strong scent, which is nice and fresh but likely not suitable for those with sensitivities to fragrances.
It's not quite enough by itself to moisturise but good for extra hydration under moisturiser or SPF.

It's a big bottle so I can see it lasting me a long time. The emulsion is light milky texture and spreads easily, so a little goes a long way. It absorbs easily and my skin feels noticeably more hydrated. 
The packaging looks lovely and feels quite luxurious to hold as it's quite heavy.
