It is able to remove waterproof eyeliner (but not mascara) without stinging my eyes as well as my base makeup in just a few swipes. It doesn’t leave any greasiness and leave hydrated (non-stripping). The most gentle and hydrating CW I have ever tried so far! I like to finish it off with another wash with my gentle hydrating cleanser.
