I love toners, as my combination skin is more on the dry side due to colder weather, my skin needs more hydration, as this toner is a relief toner it has blends of ingredients that help the skin. My skin at times get itchy due to my skin is un need of moisture. Applying this product to my skin helps soothen my skin and areas that are slight itchy, giving my skin its hydration and moisture it needs. The texture is a clear liquid toner type base that goes onto skin lightweight. The ingredient I like most in this product is Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract which helps protect and condition my skin.
