ETUDE - Nickelo1980 review for SoonJung pH 5.5 Relief Toner

I received this product for free from Picky and Etude in exchange for my honest review. The Etude Soon Jung toner is a very refreshing toner. It felt very hydrating to use and didn’t have any astringency to it at all. It’s meant to keep your skin hydrated and balanced all day and I can say that when I use this toner my skin doesn’t feel dry at all. It doesn’t irritate my skin either. No fragrance and it absorbs easily into the skin.
