Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream

My under eyes appear more hydrated than usual whenever I apply this eye cream. This is the first eye cream I’ve ever used so I don’t have any other products to compare to but it’s not bad.

I’m not sure if it’s supposed to help brighten my under eyes but it hasn’t done such thing.
