I am a huge fan of toners that can multi-task. 𝑺𝑲𝑰𝑵𝑴𝑰𝑺𝑶 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑽𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏-𝑪 𝑻𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒓 is the perfect example of what I look for! This formula not only hydrates and brightens, but also gently exfoliates. This formula incorporates the radiance boosting powers of Vitamin C, and combines it with soothing Vitamin Tree water. The watery toner absorbs instantly, and even after a few layers, is not tacky at all. My dry/sensitive skin drinks this right up. I have been using this both AM and PM daily, without the slightest bit of irritation.
