Acwell toner consistency is watery, lighweight and feels so fresh on my skin at first, once it settles nicely on my skin, it will leave a light smooth finishing.

I usually use 2-3 layers of this toner on my daily basis and it's more than enough for me. This toner does not really help my skin to absorb my next skincare fastly, but it does not interrupt with the process either.
