Cooling and soothing. This eye serum feels very nice on skin. I apply it around the eyes then follow with an eye cream. One drop is enough for both eyes. It contains algae and other botanical extracts as well as Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, which restores appearance of skin.

I love this eye serum but it retails for around USD200.
