Thanks for the review. Because people don’t usual mention scents. Also the way it’s talked about you’d think it’d be perfect as a one and done toner. 

I do feel like it my skin hasn't changed drastically when it comes to brightening but I'm sure that after time passes that I will start seeing more progress. 

I really thought this was over hyped a bit? But honestly it's a great toner especially if you like to layer toners like I do. There is a slight fragrance but its not distracting at all, its very calming. But I can see some people maybe not liking it because of the fragrance. Definitely going to be buying more tirtir skincare products in the future.
