Free of alcohol, fragrance, and colorant. It is actually a toner-slash-essence despite being labeled as a “lotion.” I’d describe it as a slightly thick water in terms of its consistency. Using a cotton pad is unnecessary and the skin absorbs it fast. It did make my skin hydrated and plump.
