Milani Cosmetics - rcreddragon review for Keep It Full Maxxx Balmshell Lip Plumping Balm

I have 2 shades of the Milani Keep It Full Maxxx lip plumper. The colors I have are first kiss and surprise. These are extremely pigmented lip glosses. They are very glossy. Not sticky. These lip plumpers do have a burn and tingling sensation. They plump your lips, but not a lot. They are a great value for the money. You get a lot of product in the tube. I like the big applicator. The packaging is very durable. I do suggest using a lip liner so they won't bleed onto the surrounding areas of your lips onto your face.
