It is supported by tranexamic acid and niacinamide to enhance its skin brightening effects. Soothing ingredients such as centella asiatica are added to reduce any potential irritation from the skin brightening ingredients. Toner Pad - comes in sturdy plastic bottle WITH tweezer comes attached - soft cotton pad, doesnt break easily - soaked in clear watery essence, doesnt leave a sticky finish - gentle and not irritating - fragrance free

There isn't anything bad about this toner pad but I haven't observed any significant improvement to my skin after using it hence I need to use it for longer to change my review on it later.
