I like using mineral sunscreens because I generally find them more protective. It's tough to find one that isn't sticky or looks like stage makeup though, especially one that doesn't break out my skin. I tried Dr Jarts spf50 because I need at least that SPF, and have heard good things about it.
I really liked the texture of this product, and found a slight white cast, but that seemed to be really minimal after rubbing it in. Granted, I already have very pale skin, so that probably helps camouflage the color. I really like it and for a mineral sunscreen think it performs really well. I'm not sure there's a true mineral sunscreen out there that doesn't have a white cast- zinc and titanium oxide are both opaque white substances! I feel this does a good job of not being too noticeable.
