🌹 This is a day cream that claims to soothe and hydrate while evening out skintone and has built in spf30.
🌹I’ve been using this for work days because I don’t usually like wearing base makeup unless there’s a work function. It’s a pale pink cream. It’s a bit thick upon application and takes a bit of effort to spread, but it doesn’t feel heavy at all. Note that it’s important to use the right amount and spread it evenly to avoid whitecast, though I can’t say how this would fare on darker skintones.
🌹 It sinks in pretty fast once it’s spread, and lends a healthy, glowy effect to the skin, making it look more even. The finish is mattifying on me (I have dry skin) but it doesn’t make my face feel dry or tight.
🌹Note that I do still put on sunscreen after. I only need a dime sized amount of this cream to cover my face and that’s not nearly enough spf for adequate sun protection. I do appreciate that this has SPF but I wouldn’t rely on it as my sole defense from UV rays.
