Marie Claire gifted me the entire Restorative Aging Line and this is my favourite product! Probably my favourite Curel product!
It is very simple but my skin loves it!
It contains very few ingredients:
- Glycerin
- Hydrogenated Castor Oil
- Allantoin
- Cetyl-PG Hydroxyethyl Palmitate (a pseudo- Ceramide used in all Curel products, which replicates the effect of ceramides).
- Arginine
- Ginger Root Extract
- Eucalyptus Leaf Extract
- Methylparaben (love this preservative as it's excellent for sensitive skin, does not give you 'the sting' like other preservatives do!)
It has a lovely watery- gel texture and gets absorbed easily without leaving a sticky residue.
It's colourless and odourless.
Retails for arpund £20 so not too bad.
I leaves my skin feeling amazing, hydrated and healthy, it's a great prep for other skincare ingredients too.
I wasn't expecting it to do anything but ended up loving me.
I like the entire line but I would probably repurchase this only only, followed by the night cream from the same line which I found excellent.
The day cream is the one I won't repurchase, it's good but gel creams are never enough for my skin, especially living in a cold dry climate.
Bottom line: Lovely product. Well done ✅
