INGA's Water Freeze Lip & Cheek just looks like a lip balm, lip gloss, but it can use for cheeks as well. This multi balm changes based on my skin temperature and PH level. So as you can see is a soft melting texture that allow me to slides on my lips and cheeks, the blue will change to pink and purple tone. It is because it contains 7 kinds of flower extract, which will provides moist and healthy complexion at the same time. It non-sticky finish that provides comfort to my lips, allowing me to generously apply it throughout the day. My lip feels hydrated and supplied.
