Balea Beauty Expert Hydration Toner 🌊 This is the toner that contains •PANTHENOL and ALLANTOIN that soothe the skin •GLYCERIN which supports the skin’s natural moisture balance •0.2% UREA – nourishes the skin and provides long-lasting and intensive moisture Along using the toner I noticed that it reduces skin redness, fine lines and wrinkles due to dryness and ensures a more even and radiant complexion. But… It needed a time to see the result. Af first time I thought that ig was waste of time and energy but I continued using the toner and a couple of days after I noticed that my skin had some good changes 😍 As I already said it looks like water, smells like nothing and is runny like water. Applied to the skin the Hydration Toner just sinks in and leaves no tackiness whatsoever.
